Key Achievements:
➢ Established global communications program driving employee engagement and brand awareness up to 50% consistently year-over-year.
➢ Led multiple acquisition and integration communication initiatives, including integration of seven group companies simultaneously during corporate brand unification and launch to the market.
➢ Launched and oversaw multiple executives, subject matter expert, and solution campaigns and their respective messaging platforms within the core portfolio including Cloud, mobile, gamification, big data, and modernization.
➢ Initiated global social media program resulting in dramatic acceleration of followers in first few years, and ongoing engagement increasing as much as 150% organic reach per campaign.
