A new startup to the IT services industry, SmarTek Partners was in the early stages of defining their service offerings as well as their market position when they contacted the Studio. After an extensive discovery session, a strategic message framework was developed that included a value proposition and core message focus. Leveraging the framework, clarity, focus, and definition was given to their new portfolio of services as well as the full company positioning.
